Position Objective:

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Daily HR Issues regarding policy clarification, coaching and counseling employees and managing employee relations.
Recruitment Activities - Sourcing, recruiting, screening resumes, conducting interviews and following up with all hiring activities
Employee Relations - Conduct investigations, conflict resolution and employee communications.
HR Compliance - Ensure all HR records and processes are compliant. This includes but not limited to, FLSA, FMLA, HIPPA, employee records and files etc.
Assist with developing company policies and procedures in partnership with Management.
Provide assistance with various tasks/projects as needed.
Knowledge of Risk Management program.
Management company drug testing program.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Proven working experience in HR.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3 years of HR management BA or BS preferred.
